Caseificio Taddei is located in Fornovo San Giovanni, a small town in the plains south Bergamo. For the past four generations, it has specialised in the production and ageing of Bergamo’s traditional cheeses. In 1994, the company left the original building and a brand new dairy was built, in compliance with health and hygiene provisions contained in recent regulations.Today, the dairy is certified by CE IT 03/174.
A constant self-monitoring plan, the use of milk coming exclusively from selected local farms, hand-made production and special focus on customer satisfaction are all aspects that contribute to the achievement of top quality products.
Our dairy is constantly dedicated to rediscovering a great cheese-making tradition. Over the years, it has expanded its product range and today it is able to offer different kinds of cheeses, all made entirely by hand by expert cheese-makers.
